Great place to eat lunch when in a rush. Lunch is quick and service has been oustanding. Add lunch specials and you'll get 5 stars. Coupons are available in newspaper flyers but.... that's a hassle. Make the specials available in the restaurant.

I was so disappointed when I moved to Las Cruces to discover there wasn't a GG here! I haven't had any bad service, and (if I say so myself), I make a great bowl! ;D The line is clean and it's always fun to watch the stir fry! I always leave satisfied.

A friend of mine from work said the new Genghis Grill in town was pretty good and recommended it. I checked out their website and it was cute and fun. I decided to give it a try on my first day off. I stopped by Genghis Grill at 3:30 pm on a Saturday. There was a sign up front that said "Please wait to be seated". I waited for 5 minutes at the front of the business and no one showed up to take my order. I could see what I thought were managers looking over at me from, I think, the bar. A lady passed very closely to me while cleaning tables in a nearby section and she saw me as well. Nobody showed up to take my order while I waited a good while. Long story short....customer service in this place is horrendous. I won't be back.

The food is great, my mother in law and I built our own stir fry. They came out really good, the only problem was the steamed rice. It's between the rice not being cooked long enough or not enough water. Our rice was crispy, which it shouldn't be. Other than the rice issue, food is well worth it.

I came here with a friend who lives in the area. I think it's a chain... I tried something off their menu (steak and broccoli bowl) and he created his own custom dish. We both loved our food.

Choose from many selections to make a delcious meal. It's a chain, but worth going. I have been a few times, and my points allowed for a free bowl. Good deal.

After a few earlier visits, I was not convinced that Genghis Grill was a great place for dining. However, since I have discovered the sauce that met my expectations, I can replicate the dish that I was searching to make. So now when I stop in for lunch, I know exactly which sauce and what contents to place in my bowl to have a delicious meal. Service has be good at all my visits.

Build-it-yourself stir fry is one of the healthiest options you can get for eating out and offers options for the vegetarian in the party. It ends up being a bit expensive for stir fry compared to doing your own at home, but not outrageously so. Recently I stopped by for dinner and was surprised to learn the build-it-yourself was the only option - no other menu was available except for appetizers. It surprises me miso soup is not available - very easy and inexpensive, and a natural companion to stir fry. The service I've experienced here has ranged from attentive and friendly to indifferent. Beer and wine is available. A very good thing to remember is that you can sample the sauces - there are several to choose from, and the names are not all very descriptive. Ask for a sample. They've got little spoons available just for that. This isn't a frequent stop, as I make stir fry at home much more cheaply, but this is a welcome option.

SLOOOOOOWWWWWWWW. Came in for lunch, first off, they have someone rationing the meat in the "build your own bowl line" this is not Ghangis Grill standard. Then that person also gets to decide how much sauce you get, another abnormality of Ghangis Grill. Bartender refers to people as "dude" just not what I'm looking for during a quick lunch between appointments.

My first time here. It was really confusing even after explanation from waiter. There wasnt one dedicated server. Had to flag 4 different ones to get some straws. The food was good but seemed a little pricey. I will give another try but on a phoenix location.

Disgusting... Never again. It's rare that I find food that I actually spit out. This was one of those times. Three different meals, one spit out Korean BBQ tacos, chopped chicken tacos, tasteless, and Thai bowl. Dissappointed...!

If I could give this place a negative I would... OMG can you say inedible??? First I order edamame.... It was soggy and over steamed not to mention chargrilled with a spice that smelled so bad I couldn't eat it... Then I order (mind you I eat Genghis grill religiously back in Dallas) my bowl... I walk through the line and they don't have the crab that I love to eat with chicken... Apparently in Las Cruces they don't have crab... Okay so I get a chicken lime with some veggies... My carrots and mushrooms are undercooked the green beans were under cooked... The white rices was not fully cooked and very dry.... The only thing I could do was send it back.... The manager Nick was rude (he had an attitude problem) Coming from a background of customer service you should be nicer to you're clientele! Another guy was apologetic and sweet and very understanding.. Maybe he should be the manager because he knows how to appeal to the customers who are paying your salary... Yes, Nick I am talking to you!!! Anyway, they have totally ruined my Genghis grill love... Will never return here again..... I would rather drive 700 miles back to Dallas to have Genghis Grill where the food is cooked right and atmosphere is hype and the management is sweet than to eat this food from this restaurant ever again!!!!

First time at GG, decided to order off the menu...worried I would screw it up not knowing what anything tasted like...the sauce names do not give you much to go off of. Husband ordered the Chicken Fried Rice, and I had Dragon Noodle Bowl... eh, rice was a bit bland, noodle bowl was pretty good... disliked Cherry Tomatoes in both dishes. Other main dislike...they brought out our dishes one at a time... you mean I have to watch my husband eat while I sit hungry...sheesh! Then when I finally got my noodle bowl, someone in their menu department thinks Cilantro goes well chopped on a teriyaki dish...um NO...big NO ewww

Ghengis Grill is to be commended for the consistency of its food, the quality of the wait staff, the overall management. These folks know how to do it right. Prices are reasonable and the experience of either making your own bowl, or ordering off the menu is fun. I have sampled a variety of bowl / sauce combinations and they are just great. Condiments are plentiful and delivery is rapid. Salads ordered off the menu as well as tacos are just fine. I hope the food quality keeps up and the staff attitude remains upbeat, positive and professional.

Delicious! Unique! Fun! Great service! Menu is fabulous. But the stir fry is the way to go. The regular bowl is plenty. The various sauces superb. Stir fry cooked just right. A must visit and well worth the money.

First time in a Genghis Grill. It was fun making our own lunch bowls! And they came out really tasty. I can see how people may not like it but if you make your own bowl and it comes out nasty then that's on you! We didnt try anything from the menu. Our family had a great time there and will be going back!
